Are the straps you sell made by apple?

No, the straps we sell are produced to the same quality standards and with similar materials but they are not official apple products.

Where are you based?

We are a UK registered company. We sell, check (quality control) and ship all of our products from the UK.

Can I return a strap if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

For sure! We want you to be delighted with your straps so we offer 60 day returns on all our products, if you do want to swap or return them just contact us at hello@discountastraps.com and we can find a solution and send you instructions.

All of our orders are shipped by the next working day after you place your order. Our working days are Monday to Friday. Our Working Hours are 9am-5pm. Our delivery time is typically 24 hours from dispatch but please allow up to 5 working days.
