We send all orders by Royal Mail. Orders less than £20 in value are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Most orders are received within 24-48 hours after fulfillment. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be received. If your order has not arrived after that time please contact us at hello@discountastraps.com and we can update you on your order and arrange a replacement if lost after 10 working days.

Orders over £20 in value are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service.

Your tracking number and link can be found on your order fulfillment email and you can either click or the link or go to royalmail.com to track your order.

Orders not received after 10 working days are classed as officially lost by Royal Mail. If your order has not been received within 5 working days let us know by emailing us at hello@discountastraps.com and we can attempt to locate the order and rectify the issue for you. 

All of our orders are shipped by the next working day after you place your order. Our working days are Monday to Friday. Our Working Hours are 9am-5pm. Our delivery time is typically 24 hours after dispatch but please allow up to 5 working days.
